Suzuki’s All New Baleno confirmed for Australia Q3 2016

Following on from confirmation that the new Vitara Turbo will come to Australia in 2016, Suzuki Australia is also pleased to confirm that the new model rush will continue with the Suzuki Baleno to be launched in Australia in the 3rd Quarter of 2016.
The new Suzuki Baleno employs all of Suzuki’s small car know how to provide a small hatch with a spacious interior that belies its dimensions.  With Baleno, Suzuki will appeal to traditional small segment customers along with current Swift owners looking to step up into a larger small hatch.
With a large 355L boot and smart packaging, Baleno provides small segment passenger comfort in a spacious cabin, within a compact body.  Suzuki has continued its pursuit of lightweight vehicles, utilising weight saving techniques employed in the new Vitara to create an ultra light small hatch in Baleno.  The benefit will be exceptional performance with outstanding fuel economy.
Suzuki Australia is also delighted to confirm that the new Baleno, like Vitara, will be available in a turbo charged variant with Suzuki’s new BOOSTERJET direct injection turbo engine, providing even greater performance whilst maintaining exceptional fuel economy.
Baleno will also include advanced features to add entertainment to your drive, including a 7-inch touchscreen display audio with navigation along with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Andrew Moore, Suzuki’s General Manager of Automobiles stated “The new Baleno gives Suzuki a great offering for the many customers looking for a stylish and spacious small hatch.  It will be sure to offer outstanding value that will see it as a great step up from Swift in our line-up.”
Further information on the new Baleno, including specifications and pricing will be supplied closer to launch.
